Planning of Settlement:
1.Implementation Plan:Key Activities in a sequential form:The human based quality education may be implemented, in themoral education. The open school can be established in and outside Odisha ofour country on franchaise basis as per the following guidelines;
(a)Any academic institute can open the school wih the affilation underLife Care Foundation Mission Educational and Charitable Trust by arranging seperate wing of the said institute.
(b)Any indivisual personally can also open the school in his region by taking franchaise under the Trust.
2.Key Activities:There are some key activities for the smooth management of the school as per the following informations.
(a)Rule of Admission:The school going students of any Secondary and Higher Secondary school from clas VIII to +2 can take admission into such education without admission fee in the month of March or September within 7AM to 8AM each Sunday.

(b)Month and Time of class hour:The classes in 1st phase will continue form April to August and in phase from October to February.The teaching would be given from 7am to 8am.Then 5 minutes would be taken with a view to advice on social living In practical life through Priya Bachans.
(c) Number of students present in the Class:As per enrolment, maximum 15 to 20 candidates will be present in the class.
(d)Medium of teaching and attending of class:Teaching would be given both in Odia and English language and the students would attend the joint sitting class.
(e)The dues to be paid:The student will not pay admission fee and monthly dues for acquiring knowledge. There is only the provision of taking fee for Registration- cum-Admission Form, Fee for Text Books Part.l-Part.Il and Examination Fee.The Development Fee, Library Fee and other fees are optional.
(f) Skill Test Examination:
Each candidate would appear the Skill Test Written Exam. held in the month of March/September 1st Sunday on textual questions from Part.l and Part.ll and on general knowledge based on domestic and social life within 50 Marks in total in one hour.
(g)Offering Certificate on student's conduct:
After appearing Skill Test Exam each student is illegible to receive one Human Quality Based certificate on his/her conduct. For this a certificate, titled as:PRERANA PRAMANA PATRA would be offered on the basis of (1) Continuity of attending 16 classes atleast out of 20 classes within 5 months.
(2)Showing well behavior leading in domestic and social surrendings in practical.
(3)Student's declaration of self possession of human qualities and their use in daily life leading not only in present but also for future social surroundings that to be assigned by him/her on the concerned written paper.
3.Likely Budget if implemented:
There is no need of any big amount of money if such education is implemented. Because for a class room only a room of 12/10 and a small office room are to be arranged personally or by tagging in any academic institute. Then one or two Shiksha Gurus are to be required to take the class Out of those one almira and some amount of money is to be required for the preparation of Registration-cum-Admission Form, Cash Reciept, School Leaving Certificate etc.
4.Requirement and Appointment of Shiksha Gurus:Guru having human qualities.Before appointment it should be watched vividly Gurus are required to be appointed. Any person can be appointed as Shiksha To take the class on human based qualities minimum two Shikha the candidates good qualities, behaviour in practical life leading in domestic and social surroundings.
N.B:-It would be better to select retired aged person.
5.Facilities provided by the Mission:
For the admitted students the all textbooks Part-I and Part-II and their
human quality based certificate would be provided by the mission.
6.Mission of the School:
Mission of the open school is to build up character of the school going students by guiding their human conduct and to make them an ideal man and offer to the society who can form an ideal state in future
7. How to be managed if implemented:
manner:The open school can smoothly be managed as per the following
(a)As per the students statement given the registration-Cum-Application Form,admission would be taken in March/September.
(b) An workshop would be arranged on consciousness of moral education with the Co-ordination of Shiksha Gurus,Shishyas and Guardians on last sunday in the month of March/September.
(c) The class would continue from April to August/October to February.
(d)Each course would be taught one hour from, Part-I on 1st Sunday and the next Sunday Part-II. In the way within 5months I.e in 20 Sundays, 16 courses(8 from Part-1 and 8 from Part-II are to be finished)
(e)S.L.C would be given aimed at each student's moral activities in practical.
(f) Finally the Human Quality Based Certificate would be offered later to the each student aimed at his/her social activities in practical life in nearfuture.
