The noble quality of a man always goes ahead of all his educational qualifications. In present society, it is seen that there is moral laxity at its maximum, and this is the cause of the creation of abnormal situations in the society of our country.With a view to wiping out such a situation and to form a healthy society, there is established the school named "Open School of Human-Based Quality Education" at Rupsa, Balasore in 2016, managed by: Life Care Foundation Mission and Educational Charitable Trust. It provides education only on human-based qualities to the school-going students of classes VIII to Class XII only to build true human beings in society from a student's career by guiding their human conduct.
